At Gill Marine, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unworn condition. We offer a streamlined process to ensure you get back on the water with the right equipment as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
